Management Trainee or Payment&Wealth Exec?

Both offer great job scope, lucrative benefits, but I couldn't decide. I don't know what to choose. Management Trainee is very sales oriented but they offer a very high pay. I will be given sales target every month and if I fail them, I don't think the company will confirm me. Payments&Wealth Exec, good location, having to do less sales-oriented job, I think I'm better at this, and no sales means stress-free. But again, how should I choose? Both have pros and cons, and I'm so clueless now!
